About Powder Powder Coating

Powder coating has been described as a separate industrial paint and is widely used in many industrial fields such as home paint, architectural paints, automotive paints, and replacement paints. For solvent based paints that are harmful to the environment.

Electrostatic paint is also called dry paint because of its powder coating properties and when used it will be charged with a charge (-) when passing through a device known as an electrostatic paint gun. It will also have a charge (+) to create the adhesion effect between the paint powder and the paint.
Paint powder is different from liquid paint in place when applied in powder form, forming film when melted in a specialized furnace for paint powder. There are three commonly used powder coatings, thermoplastic powder coatings, heat-treating powder coatings and liquid-powder coatings.
Thermoplastic powder coating: is cured at room temperature, is applied by melting method with thick coating, is currently used less
Water-based mortar powder coating: used only in automotive paints
